This is not a bad deal for diapers at all, and so easy to stock-up or buy ahead for shower gifts. If you haven't shopped at RA before the deal with the +Up Rewards are the following.
You will use your Wellness+ card at the checkout, after you have purchased these items (say you bought two packs) you will have $4 loaded to your wellness card. The +up rewards are not able to be used until 6am the following day.
Once tomorrow has come you basically have 4 free dollars on your card, so the next time you go to buy something at RA you will scan your card and they will automatically take the $4 off your total. The rewards expire 2 weeks from the date you received them so you must keep track so you don't lose them.
